At times there may be a need to temporarily suspend a client’s from the department’s sobriety program, SCRAM 24/7 provides the ability to suspend and reactivate a clients activity at any point the client is under supervision. The suspension process will immediately remove upcoming scheduled testing events until it is reactivated. In addition, if a department’s sobriety compliance criteria isn’t met by a client and the department’s policy supports assignment of a sanction for that client, SCRAM 24/7 can be used to assign a sanction as well as review the any sanctioning history.
