Financials

The Client’s Financials view provides an ongoing accounting of the financial aspects related to the clients time on the program.

The Current Account Balances provides a balance snapshot of any of the program fees recorded or in arrears. One-touch options for transferring money between fee categories, issuing refunds, collecting payments, or adding fee assessments are available.

Transaction History

The Transaction History table displays a ledger of all of the financial transactions that have occurred with the client. The Date/Time, Test Site, Financial Account, Type of Fee or Payment, transaction Amount, running Balance, Comments, and Receipt numbers are all listed in ledger form.  Date, Time, Test Site, and Financial Account columns may be sorted, as well as an open text query filter is provided for text sensitive searches.
