The Client Profile view in SCRAM24/7 catalogs all of the client’s relevant personal and case data. Information that is tracked includes:
- Account and Enrolling Site
- Photo: Option to add Client’s picture
- Personal: Name, DOB, Drivers License, and program Documentation status
- Addresses: Supports multiple addresses
- Phone Numbers
- Employment
- Court: Active cases
Should a client need to be removed or deactivated from the system, the Client Profile is where the Deactivate Client selection can be made.
