While SCRAM 24/7 includes a comprehensive set of testing, fee, and case management features, the system is designed so that a Sobriety Program’s business processes are well supported and tracked by their unique deployment of SCRAM software. This includes the ability for the software to support: client management, adding sobriety supervision activities, and managing the unique testing and transactions related to specific sobriety testing technologies like CAM, Drug Patch, and Personal Breath Tests (Breathalyzers). This learning section is designed to provide users with the basic workflows related to the agency’s specific client onboarding, supervision activity set up, and conducting sobriety tests.
