SCRAM Optix TouchPoint Caseload and User Setup
Once your 24/7 program has been enabled for the TouchPoint Activity, you must create a SCRAM Optix TouchPoint client caseload and then update or add user access before you may add TouchPoint Activity to a client in SCRAM 24/7.

You may create as many TouchPoint caseloads as needed for your monitoring program.
| To add the TouchPoint Activity to a client, the user must have access to the TouchPoint SCRAM Optix caseload. If a user cannot access the SCRAM Optix caseload, the “TouchPoint” Activity will not be available on the Activity dropdown menu. |
