Account Notification Settings

Select the Admin -> Account Settings -> Account Notifications option to view the victim notifications that can be configured at the account level.

User/Recipient/Victim Notification Settings

Select a specific individual in the drop-down list to view the notification settings for that person.

Client Generated Events

The officer should manually configure each victim’s notifications. Relying on the account settings may result in the victim getting notifications that are irrelevant.

SCRAM Ally App Events

Victims and other recipients can be notified on events and alerts from the SCRAM Ally™ app.
