SCRAM Systems customers who have clients on OM500 GPS devices should follow these instructions to remove the bracelet:
- Insert a flathead screwdriver into the slot on the head of the bottom pin.
- Turn the screwdriver until the pin cap falls off.
- Place the screwdriver under the lip of the top pin and pull up.
The bottom pin should come up and out when the top pin is removed.
- If the bottom pin is stuck, use the supplied screwdriver to push the pin out of the device.
- Lift the device off the back plate.
- Remove the strap and back plate by lifting the strap brackets off the locking posts.
