Critical Bracelet (Locator) Notifications

Exclusion Zone Violation Generated when a client enters an exclusion zone and the system determines that one or more location points are inside the zone.
Exclusion Zone Violation Clear Generated when the client exits the exclusion zone.
Device Tamper (Locator) Generated when a client separates or damages the back plate that secures the bracelet to the client. User clears this alert from Dashboard page after entering note. For SCRAM GPS 9 Plus bracelet, the event can only be cleared from the Dashboard once the device indicates that the back plate is securely in place.
Device Tamper Clear Generated once the device indicates that the back plate is securely in place.
Victim Zone Violation Indicates that the client has moved within the victim’s Exclusion zone.
Victim Zone Violation Clear Indicates that the client has exited the victim’s Exclusion zone.
Strap Tamper Generated when a client cuts, damages, or removes the strap from the bracelet. User clears this alert from Dashboard page after entering note.
Strap Tamper Clear Indicates the strap’s tamper technology build within the strap molding is connect properly and that the strap is installed properly on the device.

Serious Bracelet (Locator) Notifications

Battery Critical (Locator) Generated when the bracelet battery reaches a pre-defined low point, which is approximately 30 minutes of battery life left.
Communication Failure Generated when the bracelet fails to communicate with the system for a period that exceeds the transmission frequency interval of the client’s supervision plan, and the user-defined buffer period for communication failures.
Communication Failure Clear Generated when the bracelet re-establishes communication with the system.
Location Failure Generated when the bracelet is unable to transmit a valid location within the communication interval established by the client’s supervision plan and a user defined buffer period.
Location Failure Clear Generated when the bracelet receives a valid location point after there has been a location failure and that location point is successfully communicated to the system.
Inclusion Zone Violation Generated when the client enters the boundaries of an inclusion zone for which there was an inclusion zone violation.
Inclusion Zone Violation Clear Generated when a client moves outside the boundaries of an inclusion zone during a schedule period.
No Motion Alert Indicates that the bracelet has not moved within a configured period. To learn more about this feature, please contact us at GPSsupport@scramsystems.com.
No Motion Clear Indicates that the bracelet has detected motion.
Potential Dead Battery Indicates that the battery on the client’s bracelet is potentially drained.

Bracelet (Locator) Warning Notifications

Battery Low (Locator) Generated when the bracelet battery level reaches a predefined low level (~20%).
Battery Low Clear (Locator) Generated when the bracelet is plugged into an AC outlet and reaches a pre-defined charge level.
Possible Cellular Jamming Indicates that there was RF interference present, and that interference caused an interruption in the signal between the SCRAM GPS device and the nearest cell tower. This event does not necessarily mean the client intentionally blocked the cellular signal.
Possible Cellular Jamming Clear Generated when the RF disturbance is no longer present.
Victim Zone Buffer Entry Generated when the client moves within the victim’s exclusion zone buffer area.
Victim Zone Butter Exit Generated when the client exits the victim’s exclusion zone buffer area by moving away from the exclusion zone.

Bracelet (Locator) Message Notifications

Charger Maintenance Generated for clients who have been assigned the same bracelet for 12 months or more, or who have had 150 or more plug-in events in the last seven days. If this message appears, you should inspect GPS Chargers for signs of wear and replace it if needed.
AC Plugin (Locator) Indicates that the bracelet is being charged.
AC Plugin (Locator) Indicates that the bracelet has been plugged into an AC outlet and is currently being charged.
Fully Charged (Locator) Indicates that the client’s bracelet has been fully charged.
AC Unplug (Locator) Indicates that the bracelet has been unplugged from an AC outlet and is currently running on battery power only.
Exclusion Zone Entry Indicates that the client has entered an exclusion zone. If user chooses, this event is generated independent of the Exclusion Zone Violation Event that would also be generated when a client enters an exclusion zone.
Exclusion Zone Exit Indicates that the client has exited an exclusion zone.
Inclusion Zone Entry Indicates that the client has entered an inclusion zone.
Inclusion Zone Exit Indicates that the client has exited an inclusion zone.
Neutral Zone Entry Indicates that the client has entered a neutral zone.
Neutral Zone Exit Indicates that the client has exited a neutral zone.
AudibleCommand Sent Indicates that the user sent an audible alarm to the bracelet.
AudibleDevice Received Sent by the bracelet to indicate that it received the audible command from the system.
VibrateCommand Sent Indicates that the user sent a vibrate alarm to the bracelet.
VibrateDevice Received Sent by the bracelet to indicate that it received the vibrate command from the system.
Acknowledgement Indicates that the client has responded to the audible or vibrate command by pressing the button on the bracelet.
Exclusion Zone Buffer Entry Generated when the client moves within the exclusion zone buffer area.
Exclusion Zone Buffer Exit Generated when the client exits the exclusion zone buffer area by moving away from the exclusion zone.
Battery Low VibrateOffender did not push button Generated when a user sends a vibrate command to the bracelet and the client does not acknowledge by pushing the button on the bracelet.
Battery Low VibrateOffender pushed button Generated when a user sends a vibrate command to the bracelet and the client pushes the button on the bracelet.
End of Service Indicates that the client has been inactivated.
Suspend Alerts Started Indicates that the Suspend Alerts feature has been activated.
Suspend Alerts Ended Indicates that the Suspend Alerts feature has been disabled.

Critical Beacon Notifications

Beacon Housing Tamper Clear Indicates that the battery cover has been reinstalled.
Beacon Housing Tamper Indicates that the battery cover has been removed.

Serious Beacon Notifications

Battery Critical (Beacon) Indicates that the battery charge level has fallen below a specified threshold.
Schedule Violation (Beacon) Indicates that the GPS Bracelet and beacon are untethered during an unauthorized leave time.
Schedule Violation Clear (Beacon) Indicates that the GPS Bracelet is once again tethered to the beacon or the schedule has ended.
Potential Beacon Movement Indicates that the beacon has been unplugged from both AC power and Ethernet/phone line.
No Communication (Beacon) Indicates that the beacon has not communicated with SCRAMNET GPS as scheduled.
Communication Restored (Beacon) Indicates that the beacon has once again communicated with SCRAMNET GPS.

Battery Low (Beacon) Indicates that the battery charge level has fallen below a specified threshold.

Beacon Message Notifications

AC Unplug (Beacon) Indicates that the beacon has been unplugged from AC power.
AC Plugin (Beacon) Indicates that the beacon has been plugged back into AC power.
Beacon Assigned Indicates that the beacon has been assigned to the client and has communicated with SCRAMNET GPS.
Beacon Tether Indicates that the GPS Bracelet has moved within range of the beacon.
Beacon Untether Indicates that the GPS Bracelet has moved outside of the beacon range.
Beacon Unassigned Indicates that the beacon has been unassigned from the client.
Fully Charged (Beacon) Indicates that the beacon battery charge level is at 100%.

Critical Victim Notifications

Panic Button Pressed Indicates that the victim has swiped the Panic button in SCRAM Ally.
No Communication –Victim Indicates that the victim’s smartphone is not communicating with SCRAMNET GPS.
Communication Restored – Victim Indicates that communication between the victim’s smartphone and SCRAMNET GPS has been restored.
No Location – Victim Indicates that no location points are being received from the victim’s smartphone.
Location Restored –Victim Indicates that the victim’s smartphone has resumed sending location points to SCRAMNET GPS.

Serious Victim Notifications

Location Service DisabledVictim Indicates that location services have been disabled on the victim’s smartphone.
Location Service Enabled Victim Indicates that location services on the victim’s smartphone have been enabled.
Push Notifications Disabled Victim Indicates that push notifications on the victim’s smartphone have been disabled.
Push Notifications Enabled – Victim Indicates that push notifications on the victim’s smartphone have been enabled.

Battery Low – Victim Indicates that the battery on the victim’s smartphone is low.
Battery Low Clear – Victim Indicates that the battery on the victim’s smartphone has been charged.

Victim Message Notifications
