As part of the SCRAM TouchPoint mobile app, SCRAM Nexus Family caseworkers have the ability to communicate with clients from the Messaging page.
Note: The Messaging page only appears for clients that have SCRAM TouchPoint as an assigned supervision activity.
The messaging features available include:
- Messaging: Direct two way communication between caseworker and client. This includes a running history of texts as well as the ability to filter the message history.
- Schedule Reminders: SCRAM Nexus Family will automate delivery reminder notifications to the client that will show up through TouchPoint Messaging. These notifications include reminders for an upcoming drug test and office visits.
Notifications will appear:
- 24 Hours before the scheduled event
- 2 Hours before the scheduled event
- At any point an event has been added or rescheduled.
