SCRAM Nexus Family

While under supervision, it may be necessary for you to assign an intervention in response to a negative action on the client’s part. To accomplish this:

1. Click the Assign Intervention link in the left area.
   
   The Assign Response page appears.
2. In the Choose a Term of Supervision section:
   1. Select the term of supervision.
   2. Select the date and time (optional) when the violation occurred.
   3. Select the date and time (optional) when the intervention was assigned.

   

3. In the Available Responses section, select the specific intervention being assigned.
4. After all selections are made, click the Assign Response button.
   
   The client’s Summary page appears with the intervention displayed in the Daily Activity section.
