Available by clicking the Reports icon, the Supervisor report combines high-level summary statistics around caseworker performance and the ability to drill through the data to see how individual clients contributing to the caseworker’s statistics. With over 20 data visualization tiles, supervisors can utilize this report to review how their team is performing, prepare for 1-on-1 coaching sessions, analyze challenges, and initiate case audits.
