Before drug testing results are tracked within SCRAM Nexus Family, they must be part of a client’s specific supervision plan. During the supervision plan set up, drug tests are added to the client’s model and can be scheduled in intervals or as specific scheduled dates.
Whether launched from the On-Demand or Pending Items, once a drug test appointment is launched, SCRAM Nexus Family guides you through easy steps to conduct the initial testing activities. These include:
- Step 1 Appointment: Date, Location of testing, and attendance, excused absence or no show are tracked.
- Step 2 Initial Screen: Guides caseworker through testing method, test time, tamper details, initial screen result for the substance tested, and whether sample was sent to the lab.
Note: Substances tested can be captured as positive, negative, prescribed, no reaction, or not tested for.
