The Messaging page is visible only for those clients who are using the SCRAM TouchPoint mobile application as part of their supervision plan. This page lists a history of all the messages that have been communicated between the client and caseworker. Additional features available on the Messaging page include the ability to send a message to a client, print a transcript of the messages, as well as filter the messages displayed by time frame (i.e. Last 90, 60, 90 days, 6 or 12 months, or customer defined dates).
