SCRAM Nexus Family integrates with SCRAM TouchPoint, a client mobile application. The integration with SCRAM Nexus Family allows agencies that manage caseloads via mobile app technology, the ability to set up clients from the interface and add mobile activities like supervised check-in and scheduling reminders for upcoming events like office visits and drug tests. From the SCRAM Nexus Family interface, caseworkers are then afforded the ability to manage client caseloads via SCRAM TouchPoint for supervision plan adherence as well as delivering behavioral recommendations including incentives and sanctions.
