For departments that send out drug test samples for verification to a toxicology lab, click the Record Drug Test Lab Results button on the client’s Summary page to record a positive sample along with the quantification level of the substance.
Once a positive sample is verified by the lab and recorded, a sanction may show up in the client’s Pending Items area.
