Advance to New Phase

For those departments that are using phases as a component of their terms and conditions of supervision, SCRAM Nexus Family provides the caseworker with the ability to analyze and initiate the next supervision phase.

To begin:

  1. Click the Advance to Next Phase button.
    Note: The system takes the client’s progress to date through their current phase and reconciles that with obligations of the next phase.
    Activities are:

    • Retained (from prior phase)
    • New
    • Updated
    • Removed
  2. The caseworker can then individually review the activities and take actions to set up new schedules or verify suggested changes.
  3. Complete Phase Advancement completes this process and the Client’s schedule is dynamically updated.
