Upon logging onto SCRAM Nexus Family, the caseworker’s active client tasks will initially appear on the Workload page. This initial caseworker view provides five caseload-related areas:
These areas allow caseworkers to begin actively working their caseloads, to spot check activity statistics, or to query and filter their cases.
From the caseworker view(s), SCRAM Nexus Family will surface an Appointments Today calendar along the left panel, so that the caseworker’s scheduled activities for the day can be easily reviewed or launched.
