To review the case plan details from Noble, begin by selecting the client and click on the Case Plan menu tab. From there, caseworkers can review the top targeted goals and associated interventions.
Note: All changes and updates to the case plan take place within Noble software. SCRAM Nexus Family provides a blue Go to Noble link that opens the Noble website.
