When a department licenses SCRAM Nexus Family, SCRAM Systems works closely with the department to configure a number of features and supervision elements that match each department’s unique policies and procedures. Many of these are hardcoded. Additionally, other features may be added, modified, or suspended by departmental personnel who have the appropriate administration permissions.
