Assign Incentive

Positive reinforcement is an extremely important part of a client’s rehabilitation. SCRAM Nexus Family allows you reward a client with an incentive at any time. To do this:

  1. Click the Assign Incentive link in the left area.

    The Assign Response page appears.
  2. In the Choose Reason for Response section:
    1. Select the reason for the incentive.
    2. Select the date and time (optional) when the positive behavior occurred.
    3. Select the date and time (optional) when the incentive was assigned.

  3. In the Available Responses section, select the specific incentive being assigned.
  4. After all selections are made, click the Assign Response button.

    The client’s Summary page appears with the incentive displayed in the Daily Activity section.
