The Notes page gives a caseworker the ability to capture any narrative that may help document a client’s individual case or their progress. The page also provides a quick consolidated view of all the notes available on a specific client. All notes are time stamped, with the activity type, associated monitoring type, narrative, and author included.
The time frame for the displayed notes can also be filtered based on the drop down menu selection.
Critical and general notes can be added from the Notes page.
