As part of the SCRAM TouchPoint mobile app, NEXUS officers have the ability to communicate with clients via the Messaging tab. Please note: the messaging tab only appears for clients that have TouchPoint as an assigned supervision activity.
The messaging features available include:
Messaging: Direct two way communication between officer and client. This includes a running history of texts as well as the ability to filter the message history.
Schedule Reminders: NEXUS will automate delivery to the client of reminder notifications, that will show up through TouchPoint Messaging, that include reminders for upcoming Drug Test and Office Visits.
These will show up:
- 24 Hours before the scheduled event
- 2 Hours before the scheduled event
- At any point an event has been added or rescheduled.
