For departments that are using Phases as a component of their terms and conditions of supervision, Nexus provides the officer with the ability to analyze and initiate the next supervision phase. To initiate this step select Advance to Next Phase.
Advance to Next Phase takes the client’s progress to date through their current phase and reconciles that with obligations of the next phase.
Activities are:
- Retained (from prior phase)
- New
- Updated
- Removed
Officer can then individually review the activities and take actions to set up new schedules or verify suggested changes.
Complete Phase Advancement completes this process and the Client’s schedule is dynamically updated.
