The Offense Category section provides the department with a catalog of offense types that can be uniquely set up and managed based on the departments preferred caseload descriptions. This feature can be used to provide a more detailed caseload description accessible through a client’s Court Case menuing that can subsequently be selected by officers to categorize and correlate clients with recommended target supervision models.
