Upon logging into SCRAM Nexus, the Officer’s default view will initially be the Workload page. This initial Officer View provides five caseload-related navigation tabs:

These five tabs provide a launch-point for Officers to begin actively working their caseloads, to spot check Activity statistics, or to query and filter their cases.
From the officer view(s), Nexus will surface an Appointments Today calendar along the left panel; so that the Officer’s scheduled Activities for the day may be easily reviewed or launched.
