
For departments that utilize case planning functionality from the Noble Software Group, NEXUS provides an integrated Case Plan page which surfaces a read-only view of a client/subject’s specific case plan.

To review the Case Plan details from Noble, begin by selecting the client and click on the case plan menu tab. From there officers can review the top targeted goals and associated interventions.
Please Note: All changes and updates to the case plan take place within Noble software. NEXUS provides a blue Go to Noble hyperlink which will open the Noble website.
