For agencies who use Cordant’s SENTRY drug testing toxicology platform, NEXUS provides native integration of drug testing results from SENTRY which eliminates the need for officers to manually record drug testing results.
To automate the recording of a drug test for a client, officer’s simply need to enter the official Cordant chain of custody number from the Cordant Test Request & Chain Custody Document mailing label while using the NEXUS Record Drug Test workflow. To complete, select the Sent to Lab button and enter the chain of custody number in the Drug Test ID# field found on an individual client’s Initial Screen Results.
Once the lab processes the test and posts the toxicology results, NEXUS will automatically read the results where the data can be reviewed by an officer for compound reactions, quantification, and other testing sample information. Simply open up the drug test appointment and select the Lab Results tab.
