While a client is under supervision, officers may choose to reassign the client to a new model. To change the model, click on the “Reassign to New Model” link to the right of the Current Model Title.
Reassign to a New Model is a three step process.
Step 1. Choose a New Model: In this step, Nexus analyzes the client’s background information and assessments and then surfaces both recommended and available models for the officer to choose from.
Step 2. Set Up A New Supervision Plan: This steps provides the detailed list of new supervision activities and tasks as well as displays to the officer which elements from the prior model where removed. Activities and schedules for the new model can then be changed and reviewed.
Step 3. To complete model reassignment – make the green Complete Supervision Plan selection.
