Pending Items

Pending Items surfaces the action items that are still pending related to a client’s supervision plan. They are filtered by the following categories:

  • Items for Today: These are Pending Items that need to be addressed for the client today.
  • Items Past Due: These are Pending Items that should have already been addressed for the client.
  • Incentives: These are pending Incentives that need to be assigned.
  • Sanctions: These are pending Sanction that need to be assigned.
  • Directives: These are the outstanding Directives that need to be addressed.
  • All Items: When this filter is selected, it will provide a consolidated view of all Pending Items for the client.
