Officer Analytics, the default view when you click the Analytics tab, provides officers with the unprecedented ability to create their own custom dashboard. In this tier, the data available in Client Metrics is rolled up, providing the officer the opportunity to see how all of their clients are performing. With over 40 data visualization tiles, officers can add, remove, and reposition the tiles that are relevant to them and their caseload.
