SCRAM Optix

Purpose

Explains how to process alerts from the Unified Critical Alerts page in SCRAM Optix.

SCRAM CAM

The following confirmed CAM alerts are displayed:

• Alcohol Detected
• Potential Tamper
• Potential Removal

To process these alerts:

Click the alert link.

Optix Alerts page (click to enlarge)

The CAM Alert Management Console page appears.

Process the alert.

Click the Exit Console button.

The Unified Critical Alerts page reappears in the original location where the alert was listed.

SCRAM Remote Breath

The following open, unresolved remote breath alerts are displayed:

To process these alerts:

1. Click the alert link.

The RB Alert Management Console page appears.

1. Process the alert.
2. Click the Exit Console button.

The Unified Critical Alerts page reappears in the original location where the alert was listed.

SCRAM GPS

The following open, unresolved GPS alerts are displayed:

To process these alerts:

1. Click the alert link.

The Offender Events pop up appears.

Note: For Inclusion Zone Violation and Exclusion Zone Violation alerts, the map appears when you click the alert link. Click the Events link to display the Offender Events pop up.

Process and clear the alert.

Click the Close button.

Click the SCRAM Optix button.

The Unified Critical Alerts page reappears in the original location where the alert was listed.

SCRAM House Arrest

You can customize settings to designate which House Arrest alerts are listed on the Unified Critical Workload page. To customize your House Arrest alerts:

1. In SCRAMNET, access the Agency.

Click the Monitoring Tab.

Click the Key Alert Management sub tab.

From the following list, select the specific alerts that will be displayed:

To process these alerts:

1. Click the alert link.

The House Arrest Key Alerts page appears.

1. Process the alert.
2. Click the SCRAM Optix button.

The Unified Critical Alerts page reappears in the original location where the alert was listed.
