The Alerts tab in Optix provides an “at a glance” view of all pending alerts and is designed to provide a Critical Alerts view so officers can prioritize alerts that may be time sensitive.
Use the filters to focus on specific Caseloads, Services, or Alert Type.
All alerts provide a hyperlink to the actual alert management area within SCRAMNET and SCRAMNET GPS so alerts can be worked interactively by officers.
