SCRAM Optix was developed to provide you with a unified view into any and all clients being supervised on SCRAM software and electronic monitoring products by your department or agency. It was designed to provide a configurable desktop where you can selectively organize your personal view into SCRAM TouchPoint, EM devices, and EBP/Criteria-based caseloads to surface time-sensitive alerts, manage client supervision, run program and equipment reports, view caseload alerts, and conduct interactive analysis.
