Note: At least one client must be added to the session before the session can be saved.
To add a session, click the Add a New Session link:
The Add a New Session page appears. Enter the session details as appropriate:
- Select the session type (Individual or Group)
- Enter a session name
- (Optional) Select facilitator(s) for the session
- Select the “Once” option in the Session Occurs dropdown menu
- Select the date of the occurrence
- Select the start time
- Select the end time
Scroll down the page and:
- Search for and select the desired client(s)
- Select the Activity type for the session
- Add each Client/Activity association to the session (Add Client)
- When finished click Add Session
