When you call our Customer Service telephone support line, select Option 1 to be connected to an specialist who will guide you through the steps to take prior to returning your monitoring device to SCRAM Systems. Oftentimes our specialists can help you get your device working again, without you having to pull it out of circulation and wait for a replacement.
When you call into our Customer Service telephone support center, please use the following options to get your call routed to the most appropriate agent:
