The client model is the heart of SCRAM Nexus Sync. The client profile has many properties in its model but it also is the link to other models that help fully build-out the client profile:
- Client
- Note
- Address
- Contact
- Case
- Offense
- Protective Order
Each resource has its own identifier. Some have a natural unique key like Court Cases and Protective Orders. Others need an arbitrary identifier to be assigned (Address, Contact, Client). For resources created through SCRAM Nexus Sync, the consuming system is expected to create the identifier. If the resource was created through the SCRAM Nexus application, then SCRAM Nexus will assign an identifier. The SCRAM Nexus assigned identifier can be replaced through SCRAM Nexus Sync.
